Anders Löfberg

Anders Löfberg is a versatile multi-instrumentalist and riksspelman with roots in the folk music milieu of Småland. Anders is a trend-setting cellist, innovative composer, tradition-bearer on the fiddle and a much-appreciated dance spelman. He is a highly sought-after musician on the Nordic folk music scene and is known from critically acclaimed bands such as Nordic and Emilia Amper Band, but this evening the focus is on playing for dancing. It will mostly be slängpolskas mixed with Swedish old-time dance music from Småland, but a few detours from other parts of Sweden and Norway may well appear.
